Miami Man Accused Of Killing Adoptive Daughter Wants Additional Trial Moved

A Miami man accused of killing his adoptive 10-year-old daughter wants his separate attempted murder trial moved out of Palm Beach County.

Jorge Barahona is scheduled to stand trial in May for the attempted murder of the girl's twin brother in February 2011.

The judge reportedly wants more information from attorneys before making a ruling.

The young girl, Nubia Barahona's decomposing body was found in her adopted father's pesticide truck while her brother suffering from severe chemical burns.

Jorge's wife, Carmen Barahona, also faces murder charges.
